Stage 1: Building Connection with Self
(1st Person View)
Stage 2: Being Authentic Self
(2nd Person View)
Stage 3: Looking at Ourselves
(3rd Person View)
Building Connection with Self
Stage 1
In this stage, you will focus on understanding yourself better and identifying your unmet needs and limiting beliefs. You will engage in self-reflection exercises to gain insights into your values, strengths, and areas of improvement. You will also explore and address the emotional
and psychological needs that are not
being fulfilled in your life, and how they affect your self-perception and behavior. Additionally, you will identify and challenge the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from embracing your authentic self. Finally, you will practice self-compassion and self-acceptance to
build a more positive relationship wiht yourself.
Being Authentic Self
Stage 2
In this stage, you will shift your perspective to understand how your unmet needs and
limiting beliefs impact not only yourself but also your interactions with others. You will
explore how your behavior and communication style influence your relationships with
others, and how they reflect your unmet needs and beliefs. You will also foster empathy
towards yourself and others, understanding that everyone has their own unmet needs
and
limiting beliefs, and that they are not personal attacks on you. Moreover, you will
learn techniques for reframing your limiting beliefs and exploring alternative,
empowering perspectives that align with your authentic self. Furthermore, you will
develop strategies to meet your unmet needs in a healthy and constructive manner,
without compromising your authenticity or integrity.
Looking at Ourselves
Stage 3
In this stage, you will transition to a 3rd person perspective to understand how your
behaviors affect others and how others’ reactions shape your self-perception. You will
analyze how your actions and behaviors influence the outcomes of your interactions
with others, and how they can either enhance or hinder your personal and interpersonal
growth. You will also examine how others’ feedback, perceptions, and expectations
influence your self-concept, and how you can use
them as opportunities for learning and
improvement. Additionally, you will guide yourself in redefining yourself by aligning your
actions and behaviors with your authentic self, and expressing yourself confidently and
authentically. Lastly, you will focus on effective communication and boundary-setting to
foster positive relationships that support your growth and development.
